What I do at Mooven

I look after our Customer Success team, which right now is myself and our amazing CSM Anna Watt. Though being a small business it means many other people in the business support our efforts and contribute to Customer Success, as much as Anna and I contribute cross functionally as well. 

Why Mooven

Mooven is perfectly placed to take advantage of an incredible opportunity in the Horizontal Infrastructure Delivery space, and on top of that we have small but incredibly productive team. This is a chance to be on the ground floor of something special. 

Who am I?

After almost 5 years helping build and run Procore's APAC CS org from 5 CSM's and a $30m ARR business to 28 CSM's across 3 teams and 2 countries, supporting ~ a $100m ARR, I was aiming to take 6 months off and enjoy some family time before moving to Sweden at the end of 2024. However after talking with Micah about Mooven, and the more I understood about the opportunity and what they were trying to achieve, I couldn't miss out. I jumped at the chance to help Mooven build out their CS Strategy and Organisation as they scale.
